WalkWay & Trail
Start your journey by walking up the trail leading to Soori Peak, and Mt. Chungtae Natural Forest Park at Hyundai Sungwoo Resort! You can follow endless paths leading up the mountain while listening to the sounds of swaying branches and insects, singing birds, and feel the freshness and invigoration of nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Shinami Trail
This word is a Gangwondo dialect meaning, “slowly” and the Shinami Trail is a course that begins at Soori Peak (860m above sea level). This is a course with refreshing scent of pine and phytonocide from conifers. Extra precaution to prevent slipping must be taken by wearing hiking boots due to the steepness from peak930 past junction800.
Luge Trail
This site is planned to be built as a luge course for the 20122 Winter Olympics.
Extra precaution to prevent slipping and ankle injury must be taken although there is a slight incline.
Banlyeo Trail
This trail with a gradual incline is suitable for a light walk with your companion.
Lake Walkway
There are wooden benches and exercise equipment along the walkway and it takes about 20 minutes to and from making this a must-see trail.
Other Trails
When you pass Chungtae Ridge from peak 930, there is Dunnae Trail 1, 2 connecting to Mt. Chungtae.
