Check-In Information

Please fill out the registration card with your reservation number with you and check-in after completing room assignment. Please follow regulations regarding regular hours for mutual convenience.
Please call in advance in case you check-in after the stated check-in time.

  Pets not allowed
  Pets are allowed to enter guest rooms and all other facilities for maintenance of comfortable environment and public hygiene.
• 
  Keep valuables (including cash) at the front desk
  Any lost article will not be compensated unless stored at the front desk, so please keep valuables and cash at the front desk.
• 
  No smoking
  This building is no smoking area. Smoking is entirely prohibited for comfortable environment. Smoking is recommended in the smoking area (parking lot in the main building).
• 
  Cares to be given when cooking
  Take care unless foods to be roasted and those with strong fragrance (pork belly roasting, chongkukjang, curry) are offensive to other members and guests. And charcoal broiled cooking at the veranda is not permitted to prevent a fire.
• 
  Damage of and carrying out of room equipments prohibited
  Any damaged or missing equipments in the room during your stay must be compensated.
• 
  Entry of ski/snowboard equipment prohibited
  As guests are responsible for compensation of any damage of facilities caused by bringing ski/snowboard equipments into the condo, please keep them at locker or season storage.
• 
  Loud and unnecessary noise prohibited
  Please refrain from making loud and inter-floor noises during evening and late night hours
• 
  Use of portable burner in the room prohibited
  Use of a portable burner is prohibited to prevent a fire. Cooking is allowed only in the kitchen equipped with a ventilating fan in the room.
• 
  Always check doors when exiting the room or during sleeping
  Please always check if the door is locked when exiting the room or during sleeping, as the guest room is not equipped with locking system.
  Please note that we are not responsible or liable for any loss which has occurred.
• 
  Prank calls prohibited
  Prank calls made to each facility of the resort through a normal or extension phone can cause inconvenience to other guests.
• 
  Staying of minors alone prohibited.
  Staying of minors alone under the age of 18 is prohibited with a view to protecting youth. Should any minor wish to stay in the condo alone, they can use the room after adults download and fill out the form below [Minor lodge consent form] and apply for it in advance.
• 
  Cares to be given when using the balcony
  Please take care not to throw away wastes or cigarette butts out of the balcony, because they may pose a serious damage to walkers and down floors.
